Auntie Bernie you will be sadly missed Love Robbie, Liz and boys.

Simone, Aaron and Adam, I am heartbroken to hear about your mum. She was beautiful, funny, kind and gentle, like all the Mahon sisters and brothers. I have wonderful memories, of our times together, in Donegal and Portugal. My heart goes out to you all, and to Monica and Peggy, who have lost two beautiful sisters so close together. All of us Irish in-laws of Bernie remember her fondly. We have great memories of her regular visits, always bringing with her a sense of fun and a suitcase full of presents. Both Angela and Dolores felt she was more like a sister than a sister-in-law and, of course, Dolores was very supportive of Bernie in her more challenging recent years. Hopefully Bernie is now reunited with John as she always hoped to be.
