Good memories of great times spent with Bob playing football at the Pioneers and going with him to watch his beloved south melbourne and Bobby Skelton even though I was a mad hawks supporter. In his own football days he was an excellent player at the level we both played and because of his placid nature he was so often taken advantage of but never retaliated much to our frustration. Rest easy old friend Col and Kath Bamford
