A service to celebrate the life of Robbie Rees will be held on Friday the 20th of September, 11:45am at the Federation Chapel, Lilydale Memorial Park, 128 Victoria Rd, Lilydale. Following the service, the family welcome you to stay for light refreshments in the Candlebark room to share your memories of Robbie.

I will fondly remember Mr R as everyone’s mate. I spent many a weekend at Vasey Grove as a teenager and Robbie was always super friendly and interested in what was going on in everyone’s lives. I don’t think I can remember a single occasion where he was cranky. Up for a chat and always smiling, he was a real pleasure to be around. RIP Mr R. Thank you for sharing your warmth and your home with me and so many others over the years. Much love, Rie
I have fond memories of my cousin "Rob" . He was the life of the party at all our family gatherings. Rest in Peace Rob.
Robbie was like a second Dad growing up. He was so so much fun and was so kind and encouraging. I loved it when he was a bus driver and he pulled over and got all the kids icy poles. I loved it when he cleaned the school and Belinda and I ran around laughing discovering areas of the school we didn’t know existed and hanging out with the skeletons. You always made me feel a part of the family and never minded when I came over weekend after weekend. You love to treat us to lots of lovely surprises and always warm up for a laugh! You will be missed by your beautiful family. You made a real impact on many and loved on everyone and were a beautiful Christian witness.
