A service to celebrate the life of Kay (Kaybelle) Whelan will be held at 1:45pm on Thursday the 12th of March in the Federation Chapel at Lilydale Memorial Park, 128 Victoria Rd. Lilydale. Following the service there will be light refreshments in the Candle bark Room. The service can be watched on the livestream link below.

Kay was a special lady, adored by her husband Ted and much loved by her daughter Emily. I hope in this time of sadness they can remember all the good times. I met Ted at work in 2000, he was my right hand until I familised myself with an Engineering company which I had no idea where to start. Kay phone and we got talking and she became part of my work life too. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Condolences to Ted, Emily and Bard I hope you are all remembering the fun times with Kay.
My dear friend, You were a very special friend to me in South Africa, they were really fun times together, Emily had 4 siblings for a couple of years! How we laughed when our Labrador , Smokey, got his head stuck in the wall in the middle of the night and we all loved the delicious cakes you baked ! I will always treasure those memories.
